Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Neptune Pressure website (neptunepressure.org) and any services offered through or in connection with Neptune Pressure, you ("Customer," "User," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or services.

Neptune Pressure provides exterior cleaning and restoration services, including but not limited to:

• Pressure washing and power washing of driveways, patios, walkways, sidewalks, and other hardscape surfaces
• Soft wash services for siding, roofing, gutters, and related exterior surfaces
• Deck cleaning, restoration, and maintenance
• Related services as quoted and agreed upon per job

Neptune Pressure is operated as a fictitious name under Poseidon Ventures LTD, a Pennsylvania limited liability company.

Services are performed as described in a separate Service Agreement executed between Neptune Pressure and the Customer prior to the commencement of work. The Service Agreement governs the specific scope, pricing, and terms for each individual job.

All work is performed at the Customer's property as specified in the applicable Service Agreement.

• Quotes provided by Neptune Pressure are estimates only, based on the information available at the time of assessment.
• Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs from what was described or observed during assessment.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Payment terms are set forth in the applicable Service Agreement. In general:

• A deposit (25% of the estimated total) is due at the time of signing the Service Agreement.
• The remaining balance is due upon job completion, prior to the customer walk-through and signing of the Job Completion Certificate.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, Card, and Digital Wallets (processed securely via Square).

Neptune Pressure's services involve high-pressure water and cleaning solutions. By engaging our services, you acknowledge:

• Some surfaces may not be restorable to their original condition due to age, prior treatment, material composition, or existing damage.
• Results vary based on surface condition. Neptune Pressure does not guarantee complete stain removal or full restoration of original appearance.
• It is the Customer's responsibility to inform Neptune Pressure of any fragile surfaces, underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other concerns in the work area prior to service.
• Neptune Pressure reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe for our crew or equipment.

• Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the work area(s) prior to the scheduled service.
• Neptune Pressure is not responsible for damage to items left in the work area that were not removed by the Customer.
• Before-and-after photos will be taken to document the condition of the work area and the results of service.

Neptune Pressure may take photographs of completed work for quality assurance and promotional purposes. Customers who do not wish to have their property images used for marketing must opt out in writing prior to the start of service.

The Neptune Pressure website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Neptune Pressure does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services.

Third-Party Services We Use:

• Square, Inc.— Payment processing. Their terms and privacy policy apply to all payment transactions.
• PostHog— Website analytics and usage tracking to improve user experience. PostHog processes anonymized usage data.
• Vercel— Website hosting and deployment infrastructure.

The website and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Neptune Pressure disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Neptune Pressure does not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neptune Pressure and Poseidon Ventures LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of property, loss of profits, or personal injury, arising out of or related to the use of the website or services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neptune Pressure, Poseidon Ventures LTD, and their officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the website or services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Neptune Pressure's collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the website or services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

Neptune Pressure is committed to customer satisfaction. If you have a concern about our services, please refer to our Complaint & Dispute Resolution Procedure. We encourage you to contact us directly before pursuing any third-party resolution.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes not resolved through our complaint procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pennsylvania.

Neptune Pressure reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this website with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
